 Report - Mortgage Graph

This report graphs the life span for all mortgages for your selected property/holding. If a holding (eg trust or company) has three properties and each property has two mortgages all six mortgages will be shown on the graph. This graph will help you understand you current mortgage situation. There is a calculation of the total interest you will pay over the life of the mortgages. Also displayed is the current total of the mortgage balances, the total current monthly payments and the average interest rate. An example graph is produced below.
Select Property or Holding
Select an existing property or holding to graph all associated mortgages.
To do 'what if' scenarios with a mortgage you would select one of your mortgages below. The 'monthly payments', 'interest rate' and 'mortgage balance' will be graphed and will also be available for you to alter, then re graph. Any of your mortgages can be selected even if they do not have all the data required for graphing. You need to enter the necessary data to produce the graph.
