There are two mortgage graphs available.

  1. On the home page you can select 'Graph that Mortgage'. For a mortgage (proposed or existing) you can enter 'Mortgage Balance', 'Monthly Payments' and 'Interest Rate'. After selecting the 'Produce Graph' button your mortgage will be graphed over its lifetime. This graph can then be printed if you wish and then another graph produced.
  2. You can graph all your existing mortgages on one graph if the mortgages are within the same property or holding. Property Returns will calculate the mortgage balances from information it already has for each mortgage. The mortgage balance needs to be correct for the date given so that the correct current balance can be calculated. The last mortgage payment is used (the total of principal & interest). You need the current interest rate recorded with your mortgage details. For each of your existing mortgages Property Returns can enter your 'Mortgage Balance', 'Monthly Payments' and 'Interest Rate' directly into 'Graph that Mortgage' (see 1 above). You can then try out 'what if' scenarios on the selected mortgage.
