Things to be Fixed up

  • Make the 'End of Year' report more printable.
  • In the 'End of Year' report state totals and GST more clearly
  • Test recording of properties sold.
  • Need to finish more of the reports especially exporting data.
  • Need more letter templates

  • Can now print from 'What is your Property Cashflow
  • Rent 'paid to date' added
  • Can now print from 'Reports - Projected Cashflow'
  • New Tool - 'Daily Interest Calculator'
  • Added a 'Property News' page under menu option 'Information'
  • New page 'Relevant Sites'
  • A letter writer with a few letter templates
  • Print address on envelopes from Address Book
  • Also been updating much of underlying software to enhance security and reliability
  • Added a yield analysis tool
  • Can now print out more of the 'Checklists'
