Reports
From WikiProperty
End of Financial Year.
All you need to do is run the 'End of Year Financial Information' report for the dates of the financial year. For example select holding/property then 'Date to Include From' (e.g. 1/4/2001), then 'Date to Include to' (e.g. 31/3/2002). Any included holdings/properties with multiple owners are not included as your accountant will need these separated. You need to run the report separately for them. If after running this report and anything does not look correct (such as depreciation values are not correct) you can make the corrections then rerun the report. This report will provide everything your accountant needs (as long as you have entered it into Property Returns).
