What is a 'Lease Event'?

Think of a lease event as significan dates on your lease which are particular to that lease. Examples are lease 'Lease Commencement', 'Rent Review', 'Lease Renewal', 'Final Expiry'. You can add your own types of lease events. Examples of these could be 'Tempory Rent Reduction Start', 'Tempory Rent Reduction End', 'Rental Increase due to Improvements'. You will be emailed with a reminder that a lease event date is coming due. See Edit Your Profile to determine your reminder prefences.
