What is Correspondence?

A contact using any form of communication between you and someone in the address book. This could be a phone call, letter, email etc. If the communication is in electronic format it can be recorded with the correspondence.

Why do you want to record Correspondence?

So you can record what did happen and so you can receive a reminder by email. For example you may want to record details about work being done on a property or when the next building WOF is due. Either record correspondence which is important or everything. You can use this for email reminders for non related events.
