Becoming a Member with PropertyReturns

You need to register with us to take part. It costs nothing to register and to retain your membership.

New Member Registration
User Name:
Enter a User Name that you would like to use when you sign on. You may use your real name, a nickname or whatever you will find easy to remember when you are logging on.
Alias:
You may use your real name, a nickname or whatever you feel describes you. This alias will be displayed on any message. This can be the same as your User Name above, or different.
Password:
Must be four or more letters and/or numbers. The longer it is the harder it is for someone to guess it. Password is case sensitive.
Repeat Password:
Just to see if what you thought you typed in is what you typed in.
Password Reminder:
You need this just in case you forget your password. Make the reminder something that will help remind you but not anyone else who may see this reminder. If you do forget your password Property Returns will email your reminder to you.
Encryption Key:
Must be four or more letters and/or numbers. The longer it is the harder it is for someone to guess it. Encryption Key is case sensitive and is used to encrypt personal information that could identify you.
Repeat Encryption Key:
Just to see if what you thought you typed in is what you typed in.
Encryption Key Reminder:
You need this just in case you forget your Encryption Key. Make the reminder something that will help remind you but not anyone else who may see this reminder. If you do forget your encryption Key Property Returns will email your reminder to you.
Email Address:
Can be an anonymous such as a Yahoo or Hotmail address. For security reasons please remember which email address you use with your 'User Name' above.

Confirmation:	I agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Please send me the PropertyReturns newsletter. This will be emailed no more than once a month and will include a summary of major items of interest. Please inform me about new features as they become available.
