We may occasionally obtain aggregate non-personal information for our own market research and advertising purposes. This is only used for enhancing this site. We do not require any contact details such as your name, address or phone number. You do not need to identify yourself in any way. We require an email address in case we need to notify you for some important reason. The only way we can contact you is via email. There are standard emails you can decide not to receive by altering Your Profile. The email address you give us may be a Hotmail, Yahoo or any such anonymous address. All the information that you enter is encrypted. The server is capable of encrypting using 128 bit SSL. PropertyReturns cannot access or read such information nor has any intention to do so in the future.

We do not require any contact details such as your name, address or phone number. We require an email address in case we need to notify you for an important reason. There are standard emails you can receive or decide not to receive (such as notifications regarding rent renewals etc). The email address you give us may be a Hotmail, Yahoo or any such anonymous address. The User Name, Forum Name, Password and Password Reminder can be whatever you want. Your User Name and Forum Name can be the same if you wish. Only you and PropertyReturns will see and know your User Name and Password reminder. Only you will know your Password. Only you will know your encryption key. Your Forum Name is what will be used if you leave a message on a discussion forum. It can be whatever you want as long as it is something you would be happy for kids to see. It can be your real name, nickname or anything else. You may give your properties any name you wish and property address information is optional.
3. Third Parties who Collect Information
PropertyReturns will use the services of a Digital Certificate Services organisation to provide the highest level of secure online transactions (i.e. your credit card details). We will never see any of your credit card details. All we obtain is your User Name, property code, how much you have paid and date paid. The online transactions organisation maintains their own privacy and security policies. PropertyReturns uses the services of Entertainz Web Solutions for Internet web hosting services which provide for transactions over a secure server. Entertainz maintains their own security policies. 4. Disclaimer of Content on Linked Sites
PropertyReturns provides links to other web sites from this web site. Please understand that when you access another web site through this one, that PropertyReturns cannot accept responsibility for your experience with the linked site. In addition, a link to a non-PropertyReturns site does not mean that we endorse or recommend that site or its contents. If you feel a linked site is not appropriate please email support@propertyreturns.co.nz. Personal data provided by each member to PropertyReturns will be used only in connection with services provided on this Web site and will not be given to others (see handling credit card transactions in Third Parties who Collect Information above) . While PropertyReturns will seek to require third-party content providers and other parties to adhere to PropertyReturns's privacy policies, PropertyReturns does not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of such third parties. 5. The Way We Use Member's Information
We do not share any member's information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete a credit card transaction.
We use email addresses to answer email we receive, and to announce important site information, and to send warnings for lease renewals, contact reminders etc. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You may go to Your Profile to alter what emails you will receive.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to improve the design of our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

This site makes discussion forums available to its users. Please note that any information that is disclosed becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal or any other information. If your contribution is considered inappropriate in PropertyReturns's opinion then PropertyReturns have the option to delete or suspend your registration.

7. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13 years old, and no part of our website is structured to deliberately attract anyone under 13. Although parts of our site may be of interest to financially aware children, no part of our online marketing and advertising is directed at children. Most importantly, there should be nothing contained in our website that could be considered inappropriate for viewing by children. 8. Your Information
You can access all your registration and property information that is collected online. We collect no more information than what you enter yourself.
Your access is only by your password. If you forget your password please email us. We email you with your password hint.
All your confidential information that you enter is encrypted using your own encryption key. This means that no one, not even PropertyReturns can access your information. The only information that we will know about you is your user name, forum name, password reminder, email address and email options you have selected. Anything else that could identify you, your property(s) or your tenant(s) is encrypted.
Your access to encrypted information is only by your encryption key. If you forget your key (which is in addition ot your password but could be the same) please email us. We will email you with your key hint.
You may delete your property information at any time. Your registration and property details will be removed if you have not accessed PropertyReturns for a period of twelve months and if no payment has been received. The first three months after registering your property is free. You will need to pay us before accessing after the three months are up. If you have not paid then the property information you have entered will be held for twelve months and then deleted. We will email you before deleting your property details.
